Professional Bio

I am a Senior Software Developer with over 30 years experience in all phases of software development with an emphasis on server side technologies. My skill set includes web development, C#,  PowerShell, Active Directory, Azure, WordPress and Skype for Business development. I have a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of North Florida with a minor in Finance.  

I have been actively involved in the local developer community and I have a proven track record as a leader and community builder having founded and served as administrator of GotSpeech.Net, the first online resource for the Speech Server developer, as well as the founder of GotUC.Net. When there was no local Salesforce group for developers, I created and lead the Jacksonville Salesforce Developer Group and grew it to over 200 members before passing leadership on to the current leaders. I am doing it on Facebook as well where I have created and administer two user groups simply because I am interested in the subject matter and there was no group available;  Sparkle Visual Web Design User Group and Big Green Egg MiniMax Owners Group

I was first awarded as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional for Microsoft Speech Server in 2006 and was awarded for the next 5 years. I have written numerous blog posts (sadly most have passed into Internet history), contributed to several books and have presented at TechEd.
